The Peter Jones Foundation (PJF) is proud to announce the winners of the first‑ever Tycoon London Competition Final, celebrating the most outstanding KS5 student‑led businesses from London‑based schools participating in the Foundation’s Tycoon Programme. The new competition was launched through the generous support of Odin Partnership.

The Peter Jones Foundation (PJF) and specialist business advisory firm FRP are once again partnering to run the National Entrepreneur of the Year competition, building on the success of last year’s contest.

PJF launched the programme to champion young emerging entrepreneurial talent across the UK, with a focus on supporting those from under-served and under-represented communities.

Liam Harte has been named National Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 by the Peter Jones Foundation for his innovative virtual reality therapy platform, Rephobia. The competition, run in partnership with leading business advisory firm FRP, saw hundreds of ambitious young founders across the UK compete to turn their business ideas into reality.

The Little Pine Company from Queenswood School have been crowned this year’s winners of the Peter Jones Foundation’s national Tycoon Enterprise Competition. Beating 270 other student-led businesses, they were awarded a £1,000 business grant from entrepreneur and Dragons' Den star Peter Jones CBE.

The Peter Jones Foundation marked its 20th anniversary with a spectacular fundraising ball at Fairmont Windsor Park, raising funds to support its mission of transforming young lives. This brings the total donated to young people over the past 20 years to an incredible £20,191,800.

The Peter Jones Foundation has announced a new partnership with leading business advisory firm, FRP, to significantly expand its flagship National Entrepreneur of the Year competition.

£100K was raised at this year’s Charity Golf Day and will go towards delivering educational programmes across the UK, as well as supporting under-served communities to gain opportunities to employment or self-employment.  

We are delighted to announce a collaboration with Odin Partnership to establish a league for schools taking part in the Foundation’s flagship Tycoon Enterprise Competition.

With her pitch Miah Maddock-Hodgins emerged as the winner with her venture, MCR Education Hub, an inclusive educational community aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and physical wellbeing. MCR Education Hub is dedicated to supporting young people who face barriers to mainstream schooling, such as SEND learners and those in elective home education.

Comm-Unity Hub, a business created by SEND students from Skills Centre Plus, has won the 2024 Tycoon Enterprise Competition at the Peter Jones Foundation Awards Ceremony. The team developed an innovative solution to help local communities with limited access to support services. As a result, they received a £1,000 award from entrepreneur and Dragons' Den star Peter Jones CBE. 

We are delighted to welcome Cambourne Village College as the latest Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, joining a prestigious network dedicated to nurturing young entrepreneurial talent across the UK. This exciting partnership will equip students with the practical skills, knowledge, and experience needed to thrive in the modern business world.

The Peter Jones Foundation held its Race for Enterprise fundraiser at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit on Wednesday 25^th September, drawing remarkable support from businesses and individuals alike. The event was a resounding success, with numerous contributions making a significant impact, including that of Leeds-based artist Toni Thornton.

The Foundation held an exhilarating day of motorsport at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit on Wednesday 25^th September. The 120K raised will directly support the Foundation’s mission to empower young people across the UK through entrepreneurship education.

£150K was raised at this year’s Charity Shoot. This vital funding will be used to fund key educational programmes to support schools across the UK. Programmes such as the Tycoon Enterprise Competition which enables students to start and run their own businesses.

The Peter Jones Foundation is delighted to announce the success of its annual Charity Golf fundraiser, held on Wednesday April 24th 2024, at the prestigious Foxhills Golf Club and Resort which provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with networking, philanthropy, and golf.

The Peter Jones Foundation (PJF) have partnered with leading marketing agency, EPM Agency, on a project to support young people across the UK with developing core enterprise skills and a greater understanding of how to harness digital technologies for good.

Al Diyafah High School in Dubai has swept the board in this year’s Tycoon UAE Competition. Run by UK-based charity, the Peter Jones Foundation, Tycoon is an annual competition that provides students from Key Stages 2 through to 5 with the opportunity to set up and run a business in school, developing essential skills along the way.
